How is the savings estimate calculated?
We take your daily distance and time on the road, multiply across your drivers and working days, then apply your chosen savings percentage. Fuel savings come from the distance you no longer drive, at your fuel price and a fixed fuel consumption of 10 L/100 km; labour savings come from fewer hours behind the wheel at your hourly cost.
How many stops can I realistically do per day?
Most drivers comfortably complete 20–60 stops a day, and on a well-optimised route that can climb to 80–150+, depending on your job type and area. The real limit isn't distance — it's total driving time plus the time spent at each stop. Things like stop density, traffic, parking, and building access (flats vs houses) all add up. The common mistake is planning around miles alone. A good route sequence cuts backtracking and dead miles and is easier to follow, so you either finish earlier or fit more stops into the same shift.
Where does the 15–50% figure come from?
It reflects typical mileage and time reductions reported when manual or habit-based routes are replaced with optimised ones. Your real number depends on route density, geography and how good your current routes already are — which is exactly what the full product measures from your actual stops.
