Short answer: Routific is route planning for companies — a web planner for dispatchers and a driver app; MyWay is a route planner for the driver, with a team product coming. A solo driver gets the most from MyWay Route Planner: plan the route on your phone, free for up to 15 stops or $9.99 a month for up to 200. Routific has no plan for one driver. For teams, Routific is available today, priced by orders; MyWay Teams — our dispatch version with live driver tracking — is coming soon. And you feel the difference the moment you open the app: Routific’s interface is dated and complex next to MyWay’s modern, simple one.
Key differences
Solo drivers: Routific vs MyWay Route Planner
- Routific has no solo plan. Its driver app is free, but it only works under a company account, where a dispatcher plans the routes on the web. A solo driver can use the free plan for up to 100 orders a month.
- MyWay is built for the person behind the wheel. You add stops, optimize and drive in one app. The free plan plans routes of up to 15 stops, with no monthly order cap; Pro costs $9.99 a month for routes of up to 200 stops, and 500 stops per route is coming soon.
- Proof of delivery. Both include it: Routific on all plans, MyWay on every plan, even the free one.
- Platforms. MyWay runs on iOS, Android and the web. Routific’s planner is web; its driver app runs on iPhone and Android.
- Interface. In our experience Routific’s planner is complex office software, with a lot to set up before the first route. MyWay is modern and simple — a driver plans the first route in a minute.
Teams: Routific vs MyWay Teams
- Routific is available today. It gives dispatchers a web planner, real-time GPS tracking, proof of delivery with photos and signatures, and email notifications. It is priced by orders, not by drivers: free up to 100 orders a month, $150 a month for 101–1,000, then $0.15 down to $0.03 per extra order, with unlimited drivers.
- The fine print. Every scheduled order counts towards the bill. SMS to customers costs $0.01 per message on top. Proof-of-delivery photos and signatures can be downloaded for 90 days only, and a report download is capped at one month or 2,500 orders.
- MyWay Teams is coming soon — a web dashboard for dispatchers and live driver tracking.
- Until then, MyWay keeps a team simple: every driver uses MyWay Route Planner Pro at $9.99 a month and plans their own route, with no fee per order.
Features
Routific
Routific plans routes for a whole fleet at once on the web. You import orders from CSV or Excel files, set time windows, dispatch the routes to your drivers’ app and follow them live on the map. Drivers collect signatures and photos, and customers get email updates.

Routific
MyWay Route Planner and MyWay Teams
MyWay Route Planner covers the whole working day of a driver who plans their own route. Add stops by typing, by importing a CSV or Excel file, or by taking a photo of your list. Give each stop the details you need — an apartment number, a colour, a contact to call on arrival — with customizable stop fields. MyWay tries thousands of stop orders to find the fastest one, respects time windows and priorities, and can avoid U-turns or account for the size of your vehicle. Proof of delivery is included on every plan, even the free one.
This is where the difference shows on a real route. With Routific, the plan comes from the office; with MyWay, the driver plans and re-plans in the van, in seconds, when the day changes. MyWay Teams, coming soon, adds the dispatcher’s side: a web dashboard and live tracking of every driver.

MyWay Route Planner
Ease of use
In our experience Routific’s planner is built for the office and takes time to learn. There is a lot to set up before your first route, and the driver app only follows what the office planned.
MyWay is built for speed on the road. The important information stays on screen, everything else is one tap away, and adding or closing a stop takes a second. A second here, half a second there: on a route with hundreds of stops, that saves 3–5 minutes every day.

Here is what that means for a small team today. Five drivers with 1,000 orders a month pay $150 on Routific, and every order above that adds to the bill. Five MyWay Route Planner Pro plans cost $49.95 a month, whatever the number of stops. For the difference Routific gives you a dispatcher’s planner and live tracking now; if your drivers plan their own routes, you are paying for things you don’t use. See all MyWay plans on the pricing page.
