Short answer: Spoke (formerly Circuit) and MyWay both build an optimized multi-stop route in seconds, and both have two products — one for solo drivers and one for teams. For a solo driver, MyWay Route Planner gives you spreadsheet and photo import, time windows and proof of delivery for $9.99 a month. Spoke’s plan at the same price, Lite, leaves out spreadsheet import, camera stops and time windows; for those you need Standard at $19.99. For teams, Spoke Dispatch is available today, and MyWay Teams — our dispatch version with live driver tracking — is coming soon.
A quick note on names: on 23 October 2025 Circuit became Spoke. Circuit Route Planner is now Spoke Route Planner, and Circuit for Teams is now Spoke Dispatch.
Key differences
Solo drivers: Spoke Route Planner vs MyWay Route Planner
- The same $9.99 buys more on MyWay. MyWay Route Planner Pro includes spreadsheet and photo import, time windows and proof of delivery. Spoke Lite at $9.99 has none of the first three, so most delivery drivers end up on Spoke Standard at $19.99. That is $120 a year more for the same core workflow.
- Spreadsheet import is Android-only on Spoke. Spoke’s help says Route Planner imports spreadsheets “currently only” in the Android app, and Lite doesn’t import at all — while Spoke’s free 10-stop plan includes every feature. MyWay imports spreadsheets on every plan.
- The yearly plan. MyWay Expert costs $79.99 a year — 33% less than 12 monthly payments. Spoke offers 50% off annual plans but does not publish the dollar price on its site.
- The free plan is bigger. MyWay’s free Starter plan plans 15 stops per route, with unlimited routes and proof of delivery included. Spoke’s free plan stops at 10 stops.
- Proof of delivery is not an upsell. On MyWay, photo proof is part of every plan, including the free one. On Spoke’s site, proof of delivery is described as a Spoke Dispatch feature — the team product.
- Route size. MyWay plans up to 200 stops per route today, and 500 stops per route is coming soon. Spoke’s paid plans have no stop limit — a real advantage if you regularly drive more than 200 stops in one route.
- Platforms. MyWay runs on iOS, Android and the web. Spoke Route Planner runs on iOS and Android.
Teams: Spoke Dispatch vs MyWay Teams
- Spoke Dispatch is available today. It gives dispatchers a web dashboard, live driver tracking, customer notifications and proof of delivery with signatures and photos. It is priced by stops, not by drivers: from $125 a month for 1,000 stops, billed monthly.
- The stop meter runs in places you don’t expect. A stop counts towards your allowance when it is exported, printed or read through the API, not only when it is delivered — and each extra stop costs more on the bigger plans: $0.04 on Starter, $0.06 on Premium, $0.07 on Expert. Starter keeps 30 days of history and 5 photos per stop; SMS to customers is billed per message on top.
- MyWay Teams is coming soon — a web dashboard for dispatchers and live driver tracking.
- Until then, MyWay keeps a team simple: every driver uses MyWay Route Planner Pro at $9.99 a month, with no fee per stop, and plans their own route.
Features
Spoke Route Planner and Spoke Dispatch
Spoke Route Planner optimizes the order of your stops. On the Standard plan it also imports stops from spreadsheets, adds stops by voice or with the camera — including a scan of your route manifest — respects time windows and helps you find packages in the van. Proof of delivery, live driver tracking and customer notifications are presented as Spoke Dispatch features, so a solo driver who needs them is pushed towards the team product.

Spoke Route Planner, formerly Circuit
MyWay Route Planner and MyWay Teams
MyWay Route Planner covers the whole working day of a driver who plans their own route. Add stops by typing, by importing a CSV or Excel file, or by taking a photo of your list. Give each stop the details you need — an apartment number, a colour, a contact to call on arrival — with customizable stop fields. MyWay tries thousands of stop orders to find the fastest one, respects time windows and priorities, and can avoid U-turns or account for the size of your vehicle. Proof of delivery is included on every plan, even the free one.
This is where the difference shows on a real route. Everything a delivery driver needs — import, time windows, proof of delivery — is in one plan at $9.99, so you never stop mid-route to find out that a feature belongs to a higher tier. MyWay Teams, coming soon, adds the dispatcher’s side: a web dashboard and live tracking of every driver.

MyWay Route Planner
Ease of use
Both apps are clean and modern. In our experience Spoke’s interface is polished, and its team changes it often, so expect things to move around from time to time.
MyWay is built for speed on the road. The important information stays on screen, everything else is one tap away, and adding or closing a stop takes a second. A second here, half a second there: on a route with hundreds of stops, that saves 3–5 minutes every day.

Here is what that means for a small team today. Five drivers delivering 5,000 stops a month pay $285 on Spoke Dispatch Starter: $125 for the first 1,000 stops plus 4,000 × $0.04. Five MyWay Route Planner Pro plans cost $49.95, whatever the number of stops. For the difference Spoke gives you a dispatcher dashboard and live tracking now; if your drivers plan their own routes, you are paying for things you don’t use. See all MyWay plans on the pricing page.
