Short answer: Zeo and MyWay both build optimized multi-stop routes, and both have a product for solo drivers and one for teams. For a solo driver, MyWay Route Planner costs $9.99 a month, against $15.99 for Zeo’s mobile plan, and includes spreadsheet and photo import, time windows and proof of delivery. Zeo’s strengths are unlimited stops per route and a web version. For teams, Zeo’s fleet plans are available today, paid per driver, quarterly or yearly — but the cheapest one is capped at 3 routes a day and has no driver app and no proof of delivery; MyWay Teams — our dispatch version with live driver tracking — is coming soon. And you feel the difference the moment you open the app: Zeo’s interface is dated and complex next to MyWay’s modern, simple one.
Key differences
Solo drivers: Zeo Route Planner vs MyWay Route Planner
- Monthly price. MyWay Pro costs $9.99 a month. Zeo’s App Store listing shows $15.99 a month for its mobile plan — $72 a year more.
- Yearly price. MyWay Expert costs $79.99 a year; Zeo’s mobile plan costs $129 a year.
- Two kinds of free plan. Zeo’s free plan gives you 12 routes a month with unlimited stops. MyWay’s free plan gives you unlimited routes of up to 15 stops each, with proof of delivery included. Twelve routes is about three working days a week; if you drive every day, MyWay’s free plan does not run out halfway through the month.
- Proof of delivery. On MyWay, photo proof is part of every plan, including the free one. On Zeo’s site, proof of delivery is described for its fleet plans, from Route Management up.
- Route size. Zeo has no stop limit per route. MyWay plans up to 200 stops per route today, and 500 stops per route is coming soon.
- Platforms. Both run on iOS, Android and the web.
- Interface. In our experience Zeo’s app looks dated and is busy with options, and we ran into minor glitches in everyday operations. MyWay is modern and simple: the next stop and the next action are always on screen.
Teams: Zeo fleet plans vs MyWay Teams
- Zeo’s fleet plans are available today. They are paid per driver seat and billed quarterly or yearly — there is no monthly option.
- The cheapest fleet plan is heavily capped. Route Optimization, $290 a year per driver, allows 3 routes a day (70 a month) and has no mobile app for drivers and no proof of delivery. Both start with Route Management at $499 a year per driver, which also adds optimization across several vehicles and live tracking.
- Customer alerts cost extra on every plan: route start, upcoming stop, one day in advance and completed stop alerts are add-ons for purchase. API, webhooks, delivery zones and recurring routes need Fleet Management at $599 a year per driver.
- MyWay Teams is coming soon — a web dashboard for dispatchers and live driver tracking.
- Until then, MyWay keeps a team simple: every driver uses MyWay Route Planner Pro at $9.99 a month, cancel any time, with proof of delivery already in the app.
Features
Zeo Route Planner
Zeo optimizes routes without a stop limit, imports stops from CSV and Excel files, captures stops from a photo of a manifest and scans QR codes and barcodes. It can link a pickup to its delivery and sends ETA updates to your customers. In our experience Zeo is decent software, but the data it collects about your trips is not presented very usefully.

Zeo Route Planner
MyWay Route Planner and MyWay Teams
MyWay Route Planner covers the whole working day of a driver who plans their own route. Add stops by typing, by importing a CSV or Excel file, or by taking a photo of your list. Give each stop the details you need — an apartment number, a colour, a contact to call on arrival — with customizable stop fields. MyWay tries thousands of stop orders to find the fastest one, respects time windows and priorities, and can avoid U-turns or account for the size of your vehicle. Proof of delivery is included on every plan, even the free one.
This is where the difference shows on a real route. MyWay gives a solo driver proof of delivery and time windows in the same $9.99 plan, while on Zeo proof of delivery is described for the fleet plans. MyWay Teams, coming soon, adds the dispatcher’s side: a web dashboard and live tracking of every driver.

MyWay Route Planner
Ease of use
In our experience Zeo’s interface feels dated and complex. Screens are busy with options and buttons, and the trip data it collects is hard to read.
MyWay is built for speed on the road. The important information stays on screen, everything else is one tap away, and adding or closing a stop takes a second. A second here, half a second there: on a route with hundreds of stops, that saves 3–5 minutes every day. Next to Zeo, MyWay also feels more modern.

Here is what that means for a small team today. The $290 plan is not an option for delivery work — 3 routes a day, no driver app, no proof of delivery — so five drivers end up on Route Management at $2,495 a year, upfront, with customer alerts on top. Five MyWay Expert plans cost $399.95 a year — or $49.95 a month on Pro, with no commitment. For the difference Zeo gives you a dispatcher dashboard and live tracking now; if your drivers plan their own routes, you are paying for things you don’t use. See all MyWay plans on the pricing page.
Which one should you choose?
Solo drivers
Choose MyWay Route Planner if you drive every day and want proof of delivery, import and time windows in one plan at $9.99 a month instead of $15.99. And the app is modern and simple to use. More than 600,000 drivers already do.
Choose Zeo Route Planner if you regularly drive more than 200 stops in one route and can’t wait for MyWay’s 500-stop routes, which are coming soon.
Teams
Choose Zeo if your dispatchers need a web dashboard and live driver tracking today and you are ready to pay at least $499 per driver for a year upfront — the cheaper plan has no driver app.
Choose MyWay if your drivers plan their own routes: each one on Route Planner Pro costs $9.99 a month, month to month. MyWay Teams, with dispatch and live tracking, is coming soon.
