How do I plan a meal-prep or catering delivery run?
Export the week’s customers from your ordering system as Excel or CSV and import the file into MyWay, or paste the addresses as a list. Add a time window to the customers who need one, optimize and send the route to the driver as a link. Regular customers can be kept as saved places, so next week you don’t type them again.
Can one route include pickups and deliveries?
Yes. Each stop can be marked as a pickup or a delivery, you can count the parcels or bags, and a pickup can be linked to its delivery, so the pickup always comes first in the route. That covers a driver who collects from two kitchens and delivers to a dozen customers on the same run.
Can I use MyWay as a grocery delivery route planner?
Yes. A grocery run is a list of addresses with time slots, and that is what MyWay plans. Set each customer’s slot as a time window, add the minutes it takes to carry the bags to the door as time at stop, and optimize. If a customer cancels or a late order arrives, skip or add the stop and re-optimize the rest.
Is MyWay routing software for food distributors?
Yes. Import the day’s customers from Excel or CSV, optimize up to 200 stops per route and export the finished route as PDF, Excel or CSV. With several trucks, plan a route for each one: you choose which customers go on which truck, and MyWay puts every route in the fastest order.
What if an order comes in late?
Add it to the route and optimize again — MyWay re-optimizes only the stops that are left. If the new order can’t wait, mark it as ASAP.
Can I plan food deliveries for free?
Yes, up to 15 stops per route on the free Starter plan. Larger batches need the Pro plan: up to 200 stops per route, with a 7-day free trial.
